Residence Inn Baltimore Downtown/ Inner Harbor

The hotel was decorated beautifully. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Overall, it was a very nice trip and good value for the money.

Their website wasn't up to date...it stated pets were not permitted, but when we checked in we were told they were permitted. We would have brought our pets had we known they were allowed. The front desk told me they would advise the web developer and have it corrected.

My room was very clean, and the front desk staff went above and beyond for their customers. The day shift bell boy was also very helpful with luggage, taxies, directions, etc.

Our room was beautiful and perfectly suited for our needs. It was clean and the housekeeping was good. The staff at the desk was very helpful in answering any questions we had and recommending things for us to do while in the city. Even the valet car guys out front were friendly and helpful. The fitness facility was small, but adequate for a short stay. The complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever had with an abundance of hot foods as well as pastries and fruit. The menu even changed some on the second day we were there. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a very minor issue the day we checked out. We'd left our bags at the desk to enjoy more time in the city. When we prepared to leave rather than bring us our bags the valets loaded them into our car while we waited. They accidently put the wrong bags in our car. Luckily my husband checked them! But they apologized profusely and quickly fixed the error.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient from the men who parked and retrieved my car to the desk staff. Made the visit a delight, absolutly tension free. I was in Baltimore for medical tests at Hopkins. The staff at your Inn really made it a problem free exercise. Thanks to all

I could not take a shower as the nozzel to the shower head was broken which they had to have known in house keeping. I let them know. I stay in a lot of marriotts and this one was below your normal standards.

I loved the location. My room was great! I had an excellent view. I loved the set up of the room, a kitchen and combined dining area. A modern living room area with a office desk, great bedroom and bath. A very nicely designed suite.

It would have been nice to have a few more towels. Also, there should be better communication between the front desk and the maid service. I had a small problem with the maids thinking I had checked out, when in fact I was scheduled for an extra day. Also, it would have been fabulous if the Light 17 restaurant were open on Sundays.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the downtown Residence Inn. All of the staff was genuinely kind and hospitable. I was impressed with everyone, from the kitchen staff to the front desk to the folks who cleaned my room. Folks were accommodating with an excellent attitude. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

My stay a Residence Inn Baltimore Downtown/ Inner Harbor was very enjoyable. I was there with my book club sisters and we really enjoyed our stay. We were so relaxed! Dinning was excellent! My girls in the dinning area do a great job, give them a raise!

One of my sisters called room service for two steak knifes, we never received them.

Very clean, very quiet and the staff was especially helpful with any requests I had... Great place for being right near the inner harbor and the busy Light street corridor. You can walk to both stadiums, the Visionary Arts museum, Federal Hill, Inner Harbor... Parking at the hotel is steep($32 a day 24hrs) but convenient...Overall, a terrific place to go if heading into Baltimore for anything.

Valet Parking too high...

It was close to the harbor, nice suite at a very affordable price! They also have waffle makers at the continental breakfast. Awesome.

Exceptionally friendly staff - door men, front counter, restaurant and breakfast crew. Great food at the bar and comfortable setting. All you need for a shirt or long stay.

Noise from other rooms --could do with some better sound proofing.

Front Desk staff was top notch! A+ The hotel was in a great location! Loved the rooms. Restaurant had great food as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Close to harbor and ball field

I did not like when I got the bill that an extra thirty odd dollars was added for taxes. Car was not easily accessable for the thirty odd dollars a day tyo park. Nice place but to exp. For what it was.
